Starship Delivery Robots
If you live in area where these delivery robots have been deployed, then you are fully aware of their purpose and acknowledge they have not been descended from a Skynet carrier.
Originated in Estonia, many countries have been invaded by these bots. Electrically powered with around 18 hours of battery life, they are charged at a designated base. Operationally equipped with cameras and sensors, they deliver items – normally food, ordered by persons on a smartphone app. Benefits include deliveries to those who cannot get to the shops or simply cannot bothered to leave the house.
On the plus side, they are environmentally friendly helping to save the planet – if someone orders groceries for delivery, this could prevent the use of the persons diesel vehicle going out to get supplied. Another advantage is if they the Starship system is unfortunately hacked in time, no harm should come to humans, only a failure of food deliveries will occur. ©
