Aston Martin Vantage V8
The Vantage name has been applied to many of Aston Martin models since 1977. A British Grand Tourer by definition. The later incarnation of the Vantage fitted with the V8 power plant ran from 2005 to 2017. In parallel a V12 version was produced from 2009 to 2019. For the V8 choice, earlier models were fitted with the 4.3 litre producing 380 bhp. This was subsequently replaced by the 420 bhp 4.7 litre engine and for the S model an extra 10bhp.
